For Resubmittals, you may upload your complete plan file by using the Add button below. For Revisions, please ensure you have clicked the Submit Revision link from your Record or Homepage to formally create a Revision number.

To avoid permit delays, please ensure you have uploaded ALL required documents for permit issuance. Click HERE for a list of required documents for permit issuance.

To ensure your security, when uploading any identification documents (Driver’s License, Deeds, etc.), please select “Supporting Documents” as your document category to restrict public viewing.

*Note: architectural/structural plans should be together in ONE file upload, and any trades (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) should each have separate file uploads on their respective permits. A narrative of changes is recommended to ensure a complete submittal.

**Approved plans MUST be printed to a legible size and printed copy must be provided at the jobsite for ALL inspections.
The maximum file size allowed is 200 MB.

For plan review specific inquiries, your assigned Plan Reviewer will be listed under each applicable review type. For general project inquiries, please contact the assigned Permit Technician. Plan Reviewers should only be contacted once you have reviewed your comments below and/or correction list in the Attachments section of your file, if you still have questions.
